A fax will be automatically generated and sent to the delivery, finance, and service departments. You will also receive a confirmation email in your inbox. MAKE SURE YOU ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS UNDER THE SALESMAN EMAIL FIELD or the confirmation notice will be sent to another user.
